Help for the Pet Passport – Vault iOS app from Version2 Labs.

Getting started
- Complete the short onboarding, or open More → Check demo data to load sample pets (Luna, Mochi, Clover).
- Vault — care due today and your household at a glance.
- Pets — open a passport for vaccines, meds, documents, and IDs.
- Share — boarding, sitter, vet, travel, or lost-pet packs when you need them.
Free vs Lifetime
- Free — starter limits (e.g. one pet and limited docs/reminders).
- Lifetime — one-time unlock for unlimited pets, documents, and reminders. No subscription.
- Restore purchases from the paywall or More if you reinstall on the same Apple ID.
Reminders
Care reminders use local notifications. Allow notifications when prompted, or enable them in iOS Settings → Pet Passport – Vault. Quiet hours live in More / settings so alerts can stay out of the way overnight.
Photos & documents
Camera and photo access are only for pet photos and scanned certificates. Files stay on your device until you share or export them.
